Scorchflame's mouth hung open as he saw Gustyfoot. He immediately raced toward her and let her lean on his shoulder.

Gustyfoot winced paibfully, "oww."

Scorchflame was too focused about getting Gustyfoot to the medicine den hat he didn't realize the pain it was causing her.

She tried to relieve the pain as she staggered into the medicine den, "ill be alright." She murmered, "its just scratches."

Scorchflame nodded slowly.

She collapsed with a doof and a groan, "did you see that other cat?"

Scorchflame left the fur on his neck begin to rise. "What cat?" he replied, trying to hide his fear.

"Oh nothing Nevermind. " she said quietly

Ace turned around her gaze following the feathers to a raven which she had caught earlier.

Lightningscar returned from hunting, carrying a rabbit and two voles.

Gustyfoot fell asleep

Bloodstar sat by the river, looking as if he had just learned he was dying. Tears rolled from his face. He sighed ruggedly, looking at his scarred reflection. You look dreadful. Look at that scar on your eye, you stupid coward. You let your father blind you. He thought to himself. He hissed and sliced his claws through his reflection.

Marblepelt, his daughter, saw him. She sat beside her father. "Love what you have, and you'll have more love. You're not dying. Everyone knows you're going to love, though there's still no cure for crying..." She murmured and gazed at her father.

His head slowly lowered and he was silent. His shoulders began shaking in a sob and Marblepelt pulled him closer to comfort him. She knew exactly why Bloodstar was so depressed. Because back at camp his mate Honeydrop was, in fact, dying.

Honeydrop laid in her nest in the Leaders' Den. She was trembling, coughing up blood and mucus, and slowly dying. Moonriver, her close friend, who was an elder, was by her side. "Honeydrop, what do you need?" She asked the younger cat.

Honeydrop let a final tear drip from her face. "Get my mate. Get Bloodstar." She merely whispered, her throat too irritated to speak.

Moonriver nodded and ran to find him as quick as her brittle legs could carry her. She finally found Bloodstar and Marblepelt. "Bloodstar, come with me. Honeydrop needs you." Bloodstar ran to camp. Marblepelt stayed so her parents could speak.

However, when Bloodstar made his way to her side, he was too late. Honeydrop was dead.

(I don't think I should just...jump in at this point...xDD I will later, I just don't know how to start out yet..)

(XD Its okay. Imma skip this so its like a vigil for Honeydrop and Bloodstar can grieve. I have some cats you can talk to if you want xD)

Bloodstar laid beside his mate's body (oh lord o.o), his nose in her gold fur. She no longer looked sick, just asleep, but grim.

Marblepelt frowned, but didn't cry. She would miss her mother dearly, but she was relatively strong, emotionally and physically. She would play it off look nothing in appearance and go walking later to grieve.

Moonriver grieved as well, though she wasn't kin to the dead queen.

(Okay!)

Cloudheart sat near the back walls of the camp, her head down and her eyes closed. She wished that Honeydrop was happy now in Starclan, no more pain coming to her.

Feralheart watched everyone, near the back walls too. He didn't know how to react to this, just stayed silent.

Bloodstar trembled. He took grief horribly, but it overwhelmed him this time. This was is love. His second heart. Now both of them were ripped apart. Suddenly he stood and stormed off.

Marblepelt shook her head, ashamed that her father would leave his mate on her journey. (Hmm... I have no idea what to do xD)

Bloodstar was still grieving.

Marblepelt sat in camp, looking around as she nommed (pfft) on a mouse. She saw that fresh-kill pile was low and decided she'd hunt after she finished. She gulped up the last few bites and buried the bones. She looked around to see if anyone was leaving or was able to join her.

Cloudheart saw that Marblepelt was looking around for someone so she got up and walked over to her. "Hello Marblepelt." She said sweetly.

Feralheart watched the two she-cats before snorting and walking off from the spot he was in. He saw Bloodstar grieving and sighed. Grieving over a lost mate.. he thought and rolled his eyes slightly before shooting the thought out his head before Bloodstar caught him.

Marblepelt mewed brightly, "Oh, hi, Cloudheart!" She was surprisingly happy, even after her mother had just passed. But that was part of her personality. "Would you like to go hunting with me? I thought the fresh-kill pile was too low for comfort."

Bloodstar lowered his head further. He sat outside the doorway of his den, which was emptier than ever. Moonriver hobbled over to comfort him, which he turned his nose. She persisted and he lashed out at her. She walked off, leaving him alone.

Riverthorn looked at the sky and sighed before standing and heading towards the warrior's den to rest. He wasn't all that tired, but bored.

Cloudheart smiled warmly and nodded. "I agree. Let's go." She mewed.

(So short..;-; Bugs the heck out of me!)

Marblepelt smiled as her invitation was accepted and she advanced onward, out of camp, assuming Cloudheart was following behind. She took a moment to look at her home, as she did everytime she entered the forest. She liked to make sure that everything waw in place.

Solarthorn grieved his mother silently on the edge of camp, watching Bloodstar, worrying.
