"There was no fox scent in our territory." said Toxicstar.

"It may have rained." He objected.

"We haven't had rain in weeks!" said Toxicstar, flicking his tail. "Remember the drought?"

"I travel." His nose twitch. "Wind?"

"A little but we would have known if there was a fox." said Toxicstar.

Liondragon nodded.

"T'was only you and Athena to see Frozenspirit. If no foxes were around, you must not jump to conclusions. For all we know it could've been Athena." He huffed.

"That's ridiculous. Athena was with me the whole time." said Toxicstar.

"No!" Twist turned agressively defiant. "She screamed that Ivyheart was dead after going on a walk so yku came to see what was wrong!" He hissed. "Now, lets trade places. Frozenspirit as your mate. Athena the rogue. Boom, Ivyheart is dead for whatever reason. Athena is bloody and terrified and Frozenspirit is confident of her actions and Athena is convicted. Exactly what you are doing to Frozenspirit."

"Blame her." Toxicstar unsheathed his claws prepared to kill Twitch.

"I am jumping to conclusions just as you are, accusing an innocent cat of a dreadful crime."

Toxicstar growled. "I don't see why you care? She's banished from my territory."

"Us rogues stick together, unlike you stingy Clan-cats. We share prey, but stay strong and are independant in times of defense like you." His eyes darkened. "But we don't kill for every pawstep of land we think is needed."

Shadowstar narrowed his eyes and got up to go.

Bloodstar stood.

Twist smirked. "Case closed?" He snickered. He got a good distance away but so every cat could hear. "That's too bad you couldn't see kindness of a rogue and brute of your own clanmate. Because if you weren't so blind of pride and defense, you wouldn't be oblivious as to know that I murdered Ivyheart, warrior of ToxicClan." He cackled and left.

Gasps rippled.

Toxicstar unsheathed his claws and snarled.

Shadowstar glared after him. "Rogue....."

Bloodstar snarled, "He will be taken prisoner on site. NightClan!" He called.

"Prisoner? If I see him he's dead!" growled Shadowstar.

Toxicstar nodded. "He better avoid us! I keep no prisoners."

"Actualy," Gustyfoot objected, "her paws were bloody because she had had a fight with me," she took a deep breath "ofrozenspirit is my sister and I had just found out recently. I was in a bit of a state. And Itried to get her away from me and she was only defending herself. FUrthermore, frozenspirit does not class herself as rouge. Just a traveller she helps every clan all she can but stays out of fights. This is not cowardice she doesn'tbelong in aany clan."
FRozenspirit interupted, "i trek accross territorys because i believe that you all should fight over land. I didnt kill ivyheart."

Bloodstar decided the tom's penalty and persued him, pinning him. Twist hissed. "You are being taken into the custody of NightClan. You will be forced to work for our Clan and with any defiance will be executed. Escape and all the Clan's will persue." He jerked him up by the scruff.

Toxicstar unsheathed his claws then left.

Bloodstar left with Twist.
