No, they're not in those.
Eevee, Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon are the only Eeveelutions.

*Sob* Why can't they just add myyyy Eeveelution? I made one...
