Goldenpaw stood up and left the den a grin on her face, she found twisted heart waiting for her but she couldnt look at him, looking just past his shoulder "you tried to raise my father to be a brute like bloodsplash was, maybe if you hadn't treated him that way then he would've been a good mentor, he wouldnt be in the darkforest! Iwouldn't scream in the night, I wouldn't have a breathing problem! Now I understand why he always told me you were evil, you abused him, fox star and MY dad just like bloodsplash abused me!

"Maybe if my mother hadn't abused me, everyone would be happy, wouldn't we? But that's not how life works." He tilted his head to show a scar etching from the back of his ear to his shoulder. "My mother did the same thing."

"Yeah well my father wasn't like you was he? You didn't need to be like her!?"

"It's different when its grief over abuse. Especially when my mate was killed by her own son because she acted strangely.

"Yes but you taught him, killing isn't a crime!" She stomped off

Twistedheart growled when Foxstar smirked.

Night paw ran after her sister

Shadekit, a new kit in the nursery, squeaked behind Goldenpaw. "Why're you sad? Dead cats go to StarClan! You should be happy." He realized he wasn't suppose to talk while he was exploring.

She smiled at him weakly "I suppose your right but they were my parents and I miss them."

Stormpaw sighed

"I was told that I could go training! I'm not feeding the stupid elderss!"
