"Sure. This will be my first time out of camp since a few days." Nettlefang said. He would be more than happy to get out of camp after being stuck in the medicine den while he was sick

Scourge gazed at the birds that flew above her head. Their song drifted down on the wind which ruffled her fur.

Squirreltail stirred, eager to watch her kits become paws. She searched the came for Emberfur with no luck. Deep fears were aroused. Was he with Range? Searching for new ways to torture his family? He was playing a dangerous game and he knew so.

Skyleaf nodded and walked beside him outside of camp, smiling.


Windkit sat down silently, her white fur clean.

Shadowstar climbed up High Rock

Windkit saw Shadowstar hop up on the Rock and straightened up, a small smile on her face.

Nettlefang followed closely behind until eventually he came up to be walking side by side with her. "It feels too to finally be out of camp." He said as he felt the nice breeze on his fur

Fuzzypaw was playing with the birds, he couldn'tkill them not even if he wanted too

Skyleaf nodded, purring. "I bet, you've been cooped up in the medicine den for a while!"

"Today three kits will become apprentices."

Nettlefang purred and said "yeah that was awful. So how have you been?"

Iceshard took fuzzypaw from camp after he had started growling at the apprentice ceremony, he was cuffed around the face contiueussly

Windkit listened to Shadowstar, ears perked.


Skyleaf purred, "I've been good. Kinda missed you though."

Squirreltail couldn't help but smiling. She was so immensely proud of how strong Windkit was, especially after everything she went through. Squirreltail straightened only to see Emberfur slink into camp. Anger washed over her.

Emberfur sat next to Squirreltail, still and silent. The way she held herself hinted that she knew where he'd been. Range had once again summoned him to the forest to discuss plans. But what neither Range nor Squirreltail knew was he had a plan of his own.

"Skykit, Windkit, Shadowkit step forward."

Skypaw glared at Fuzzypaw.

Sootleaf organized herbs.

Windkit stepped forward, eager.
