Skyleaf went towards the medicine den and saw Larkpaw sorting herbs. "Larkpaw, Nettlefang is sick." She mewed.

Larkpaw looked up at Skyleaf and nodded before heading over to the coughing Tom and sniffed him. "How are you feeling Nettlefang?" She asked.

Range galloped across the boarder and towards an abandoned two-leg home. He tossed her in and bared his teeth. "Your father will pay, you will be the price" He snarled, unsheathing his claws.

Squirreltail raced through the forest. She looked anywhere and everywhere they may be hiding but she knew the only way to get Windkit was to kill Range or to obey his orders. Emberfur padded up behind her and made her jump up. "Don't" She growled, racing off again.

Windkit snarled back weakly and shivered in the corner. She tried to hard not to show her fear. "I-I-I'm not s-scared of you!" She spat.

Nettlefang coughed heavily and said "I could be better." He had waves of heat coming off of him meaning he had a fever.

Larkpaw sniffed him again before giving Skyleaf a worried glance. "Let me go get Cloudberry.." She murmured an padded back towards the medicine den. "Cloudberry, Nettlefang is sick."

(Yeah. This is part of their plan :P)

Nettlefang sighed before coughing again. He didn't want to believe it but he was sick.

Shadeheart stared at Weatherstep, who didn't notice, lookinf around at the clan life. She looked at him and his eyes darted away. Her tail twirked beside her, and he slowly twined his tail with her's. She flinched but acted like she didn't notice, a grin forming on her face.

Range laughed. "You're weak child." He snarled. Range neared her and swiped his claws across her ears.

Squirreltail felt her world falling apart. She stumbled towards the border and looked around. He couldn't have gotten very far and probably would've stayed close. She wanted to fall and curl up but she stood up and continued her search.

Emberfur padded slowly along. Everything that has happened was because of his weakness, his cowardice. He kicked a rock, watching it tumble and hit a tree before he heard a yowl not far away.

Windkit hissed in pain, biting back a yowl. "I want mommy... And daddy..." She whispered to herself before curling up in a ball to take every blow he was going to give her.
