No More Staff Changes

This is just a message to any mod or regular members wanting "promoted".

For now, there is the limit of admins. We don't need anymore at the time and the number of mods is great too, we were going to promote Moonlight.

That could change in the future, if you guys get out there and recruit more members. xD

I agree to this fully. I find it a cruel decision if we'd had to go as far as downsize ranks.

No more changes. We have enough admins at the moment, and it's supposed to be agreed on when a new one is made.
