Brookflower grinned at her. her old mate..revenge time. She nuzzled him, purring.

Shadowstar growled and defended his mate. "Muddlily is one of the best she-cats I've ever met!"

"And you've met and been mates with all of them, hm? Hopefully she is at most 2nd best and my sister was the first. After all, you got over her really easy." Bloodtalon snarled, wisps of red hinting at his eyes again.

Shadowstar growled. "How dare you! I loved Weatherstep!"

"At least you got to say goodbye to her." His eyes nearly teared up. "She died for you and her kit even left DeathClan for the same reason. I loved her. She was my sister."

"I loved her more!" he hissed. "It was hard for me to move on. She'd have wanted me to."

"If you really loved her more you wouldn't move on. I didn't. We went through the DarkForest and back, together. I saved her life and she saved mine. When she left out of love, I let her, because I loved her. And I would have saved her again if I had known that you let her bleed to death in the middle of a rainstorm." He turned away, breaking on the inside.

"I didn't let her bleed. There was nothing I could do." said Shadowstar.

"I would've helped her. I would've saved her," he croaked, sounding near tears. Driven by grief, he knew that's Shadowstar was right.

"You couldn't have. Crookedheart got her wound too deep, she died quick." he said.

Bloodtalon just lowered his head. (I'll give you a quick example of why he is insane and most likely going to the DF. He also has talon studded claws.) For a second, he lost his hearing. Silence terrified him and he half-collapsed, half-sat down. He heart nothing but his heartbeat and stifled an insane laugh. His heartbeat went to silence and he was angered again. Now on the ground, he clawed at his ears as if the silence would smother him to death. He opened his eye as his ears rang and the sounds of clan-life came back. His paws shook anxiously. He was still turned away from Shadowstar, but it was clear that Bloodtalon was a little insane.

Shadowstar stared at him. "Bloodtalon, are you okay?"

"Bloodtalon?" Brookflower called, trying to bring him back. "I'm here for you, no matter ehat. I will always be by your side."

Shadowstar led Mudlily to his den

"I'm fine..." He whispered, still shaking. "Thanks, Brookflower." Weatherstep had said something about Bloodtalon being a bit insane at the mention of dead cats, or when angered when she was alive. She was lucky not to do the same, since her living siblings had done what Bloodtalon had shown. It was from bad flashbacks.

Brookflower touched her nose to his.

Mudlily followed.

Eaglekit squealed.

Sunkit whimpered.

Shadowstar laid down in his nest and sighed

Bloodtalon smirked, proud of himself. Had he just won a she-cat in a day?

(Shadow got one in under an hour )

(O-o hey Mudlily was supposed to.xD And that was under 30 minutes actually.)

Brookflower purred.

Eaglekit and Sunkit followed their mother and layed between them.

(Bloodtalon's a very anti-social cat. This is a new record for him XD)
Bloodtalon yawned.

SStripekit laid next to his parents

Brookflower sighed. "I will never leave you, unlike my sister." She whispered.

"I'm glad." He purred.
