Bloodsplash's fur spiked up. Talking of mothers seemed to hit a nerve. He spat, "Nightpaw, you know not to be within contact of her!" (He murdered his mom...)

"But- but its important!" Nightpaw protested.
GOldenpaw ears flattened, she ignored her sister knowing she wouldn't win, "sorry bloodsplash."

Stormpaw flicked his tail

"Goldenpaw and I are hunting for the Clan. You mustn't gossip while our Clan is hungry." He glared at Goldenpaw, then back to Nightpaw. "Don't you want your sister to eat? The sooner everyone is fed, the sooner she is."

Darkenedpaw clawed a tree

Night paw flattened her ears, thinking of a sharp retort but Goldenpaw looked at her then down "just go, night paw, he's right, mama is gone."
Nightpaw's jaws opened goldenpaw never acted like that!

Stormpaw flicked and ear, bored

"Nightpaw," he growled. "Do not defy a warrior." He silently felt like he was breaking two apprentice's hearts. Guilt filled his heart, but his expression was cold.

Lightskies yawned

Night paw bit her lip to stop tears rolling, "I'll go." She sniffed, "bye Goldenpaw." She ran off
Goldenpaw looked up at bloodsplash, "sorry."

Stormpaw hunted

"This is for the best," Bloodsplash growled, his own eyes clouding.

Goldenpaw nodded slowly

Goldenpaw closed her eyes tightly then opened them 'can we ever have a good time?' She wondered,
"can we hunt? please I'm hungry!" She asked, it was true she looked thinner then she should at her age

Stormpaw sighed

"We just need to bring this prey back. If we run out of food, you'll have to hunt for yourself. You're too thin to train." Bloodsplash growled.
